WECAC is a non-governmental independent and exclusive accreditation scheme established by industry experts in the sphere of management, management systems, and quality of products, certification and accreditation of certification bodies. The goal of WECAC is to provide the public, customers and traders with appropriate assurance that the WECAC certified manufacturer and traders operate in accordance with the specified international standards, specifications and agreements.

Our Mission in Substances
To contribute to health, safety, environmental conservation and fair economic activity, and to facilitate trade, by formally recognizing and promoting the use of conformity assessment systems that comply with international standards.
To assess the competence of local or foreign applicant conformity assessment bodies, make accreditation decisions, and conduct accreditation-related surveillance and management on accredited conformity assessment bodies.
To assume the responsibility for directing and regulating the uses of WECAC logo and accreditation symbols; To organize personnel training related to accreditation, and to qualify, recruit and manage the accreditation personnel.
To offer relevant technical services to conformity assessment bodies, and to provide society with publicly available information about accredited conformity assessment bodies.
To deal with appeals and complaints related to accreditation; To carry out other activities related to accreditation maintaining the utmost transparency and fairness.
